1. Who we are

Greece 2035 (greece2035.eu) is an independent civic initiative published by Diogo Thomaz, a European citizen resident in Greece. It has no political affiliation, no commercial interest, and no funding from any party or lobby.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the site:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our bi-monthly KPI update newsletter. This is the only personal data we store.
• Analytics data — we use Umami (self-hosted at analytics.greece2035.eu), a privacy-first analytics tool. Umami collects no cookies, no fingerprints, and no personal identifiers. It records only aggregate statistics: page views, countries, referrers, and device types. No personal data is processed.

3. How we use your email

Your email address is used exclusively to send you bi-monthly KPI updates about the Greece 2035 scorecard. We will never:

• Share your email with any third party
• Use it for advertising or commercial purposes
• Send you emails unrelated to the scorecard

Email delivery is handled by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an EU-based email platform. Your email is stored in Brevo's systems in accordance with Brevo's Privacy Policy.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your email address on the basis of explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provide this consent by completing the double opt-in subscription process. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Erasure — request deletion of your data at any time
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send
• Lodge a complaint — with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority

6. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription or upon request, your data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies. Our analytics tool (Umami) is cookie-free by design. No consent banner is required.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.

2. Τι δεδομένα συλλέγουμε

• Διεύθυνση email — μόνο αν εγγραφείτε εθελοντικά στο διμηνιαίο ενημερωτικό δελτίο μας. Αυτά είναι τα μόνα προσωπικά δεδομένα που αποθηκεύουμε.
• Δεδομένα αναλυτικής — χρησιμοποιούμε το Umami, ένα εργαλείο που δεν χρησιμοποιεί cookies και δεν επεξεργάζεται προσωπικά δεδομένα. Καταγράφει μόνο συγκεντρωτικά στατιστικά.

3. Πώς χρησιμοποιούμε το email σας

Η διεύθυνση email σας χρησιμοποιείται αποκλειστικά για την αποστολή διμηνιαίων ενημερώσεων ΔΒΑ. Δεν θα την κοινοποιήσουμε ποτέ σε τρίτους ή θα την χρησιμοποιήσουμε για εμπορικούς σκοπούς.

Επεξεργαζόμαστε το email σας βάσει ρητής συγκατάθεσης (Άρθρο 6(1)(α) ΓΚΠΔ). Μπορείτε να ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας ανά πάσα στιγμή.

• Πρόσβαση — αίτημα αντιγράφου των δεδομένων σας
• Διαγραφή — αίτημα διαγραφής των δεδομένων σας
• Ανάκληση συγκατάθεσης — διαγραφή ανά πάσα στιγμή μέσω του συνδέσμου σε κάθε email
• Υποβολή καταγγελίας — στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (www.dpa.gr)

6. Cookies

Αυτός ο ιστότοπος δεν χρησιμοποιεί cookies. Δεν απαιτείται banner συγκατάθεσης.
